(not sleeping)

It’s been a long day/week/month and I decided to go to bed early. But I’ve been in bed for almost an hour and even though I’m dead tired, I’m wide awake. Why? Technology. I decided to take a “minute” to catch up on everything I “missed” today in my busy-ness. Now I’m in bed with my Kindle, typing this post one-fingered, trying to decide if I love or hate the fact that I can blog, tweet, facebook, answer emails, grocery shop, and basically do anything from pretty much anywhere in the world, including my pillow. All because of technology. Is this little screen helping or hurting me? I can’t decide. Is yours?
