FYI, there is a great writing campaign happening in the next few weeks put together by Rachael Harrie. Here is her explanation: the Campaign is a way to link those of us in the writing community together with the aim of helping to build our online platforms. The Campaigners are all bloggers in a similar position, who genuinely want to pay it forward, make connections and friends within the writing community, and help build each others’ online platforms while at the same time building theirs. I’m a curious kind of gal and like asking questions and as such, I thought I’d ask all of you some questions on writing, reading, and life. To my defense, my last purchase I needed a used copy of Sailing Around the Room by Billy Collins. And anyone with a toddler knows going to a bookstore and perusing just doesn't happen. So I leaned on Amazon.

Just stopping by to say hi. To be honest my hand hovered over 0 books because I'm a sporatic reader. Sometimes I'll read several books and then nothing for months.

@Sarah, Bookstores and toddlers don't mix–at least not my toddlers as you know. Amazon is awesome. @Bridget, that's why I put average. I am a sporadic reader as well. I'll read 5-6 one month and none the next. Nice to 'meet' you btw.

Yeah? That's awesome! I've loved the cover since the first time I saw it. I wish I could take credit for it, but it was designed by Deseret Book. It is so beautiful and fits the book so well. I hope your daughter likes it. :)

Hi there, just checking in to introduce myself and say Hi. I'm on Rach's campaign and looking forward to seeing more on this blog. I'm a recent ebook reader, and so far I'm loving my Kindle but I was seriously surprised by the outcome of the voting – I didn't think they'd be so high!

Hey, I'm in the romance group and looking forward to the campaign. I love my e-reader and e-books. I still cheat on e-books with real books, but overall I order online. My last library book was an e-book I checked out.
